As I sit in A&E with a metal fragment stuck in my eye it occurs to me I should get some better eye protection. I use a grinding face shield but as I was grinding in a confined space something must have got under it and flicked in my eye.
Ive tried safety goggles which are sealed at the edges like a snorkel mask but they steam up in minutes.
I tried anti fog coatings but they make everything a little blurry.
What do the pros use?
