Grinder wheel dressing

I’ve had a quick look on Google but am none the wiser - can anyone recommend a wheel dressing tool please?

I’ve got a fairly new bench grinder, but have already managed to make a groove in one wheel despite being what I thought was careful to use the full width of the wheel.

just buy a cheap 4 inch diamond cutting disk from toolstation and true it with that .even a second hand worn one thats all i use or even an old carbide tipped drill bit

I use a diamond point but requires a steady hand to move it across. You can buy them as a flat bar coated in diamond grit which would be easier.

Best way is just to use it, rough out some steel and keep it moving, keep it away from the low spots.

I use diamond core bit segments but a cheap cutting disc would work just as well. Thos roller tools are ok you can also get dressing sticks.

All of them are messy.

All above, But my best is a 2 carat rough diamond dressing tool, Had it fourth years or more, Still like new,
