Grinder problem

My only Silverline tool,an angle grinder,sparking and hesitancy,replaced the worn brushes,it’s still making the sparks around the brushes,though it’s now running full speed,the brushes slide freely in their holder,any ideas?
It’s used nearly every day for the last 6.5 years,this is the 3rd set of brushes,so a good workhorse,despite their other products.

commutator i think they say if im right is warn out you can try clean and blowing it out but i prob wont help

Maybe it needs a bit more use for the brushes to bed in.

Clean the grooves out between the commutators contacts, had similar issues before

Clean the com slots with a bit of hacksaw blade and rub it over with some 400 grit paper. I did one and got another 4 years out of it.

I give them a spin in lathe, with 1000 grit and meths.
Stanly blade to clean the gaps.
Sometimes it works.
Most do recover. But cheep tools can warp the main shaft.

JCB tools are prone for that.
