Is it safe to use polycarbonate as the viewing window,it’s very tough. Thanks.

What sort and thickness? are you making some kind of guard/ shield? Polycarb is the normal choice for ppe, yes. Be aware it is greatly weakened and embrittled by many solvents, so not always suitable.

I see Lidl have chainsaw masks next week, with the steel mesh visor. Im tempted to get one with googles underneath for extra protection, incase a grinding wheel explodes.
