Spin the wheel whilst checking the Rim. If ok then check the tyre.
If it's the tyre, complain to the dealer and ask for a replacement / correct fitting ...... if it hasn't been too long since bought. If the tyre is faulty then it's clearly 'not fit for purpose' and they should replace it, regardless of age

There's just no comparison to modern bikes - but fun ..... can get an adrenalin rush, at legal speeds - sometimes, when your not looking for one
