yea was listening to the news and it wants shell and private companys to spend and invest more money back in Britain 
no mention of government finance to kickstart our economy though

they have done enough damage as it is, keep governments well away from things they don't understand.

Pic taken at Broughty Ferry beach, there have been 3 or 4 of them moored up in Dundee docks for years. All of them (exploration rigs) are now back out at sea.
I took this pic earlier from the Fife side of the Tay.
The yellow thing seem to be used for planting wind turbines at sea, they come and go all the time. Lots of turbine bits lined up on their sides on the docks to the right of them.
A bit later, creeping round Broughty Castle.

I was over in Dundee in lockdown and it was packed with drill rigs same as Cromarty firth, worth their while if they kept them warm stacked as I believe the day cost for hire is going up and up now with the increased prices.

Yes the yellow structures are jackets for offshore wind turbines. Unfortunately the vessel that was installing them had an incident with their 7000t crane, a wire failed during the load test in Norway recently.
On the whole though things seem to picking up in the offshore industries
