Finally got back into the world of Engineering. Got a job with the Farther In Laws mate as a Condition Monitoring Engineer. Done some Balancing in the past but now its time to get to grips with the whole job..
I have spent the last few months learning about Vibration Analysis, data collection, learning all the routes across 15 or so sites and trying to remember all the bits to do on sites. Also been learning Thermography which is quite cool.
Been all over the place in the last 4 months, Scotland, Wales, London, Leeds.. its all fun.. Balanced my first fan on my own last week which was ace. Got some shutdown work at MES Stoke next week which I am looking forward to, even if it on the Condenser Fans, those buggers know how to get my nerves going.
I know I dont post that often but this new job and getting married has got in the way of things, I am doing a hell of a lot less graphic design work and aiming to spend the coming months getting this new job sorted and letting the wife spend all my wages.
