Well I deserved this,£2365.00 from BT,it’s taken an age,plus wife was on the phone for well over an hour,with me holding the line whilst she had a toilet break,it’s based on £5/day,for the period from ordering fibre to the installation date,it took 7 visits from subbies plus bt staff,with much sucking thru teeth,staff from South Wales,Evesham,Hereford and finally one bloke on his own from Ludlow,who rang back in his own time!
