got a new car but paint is shocking

i bought the car a bit dirty so i hired a guy to compound and wax the car but this has revealed 9 years of stone chips and worst of all crazing on the front bumper and passenger side all over. is there a cure as im trying to avoid paying for a full respray? if respray is the only option how much am i looking at for a 2002 toyota celica? maybe a rub down and blow over of the same colour? i was originaly qouted £450 for both front wings, bonnet and bumper. but i might aswel if im going for that get the whole car done. but as i said earlier would rather find a cure please help thanks

You will need a full respray if you want a decent finish, no accurate idea of the cost but should imagine £1000 won't be too far off the mark.
