good mig welder?

OK so having actually doing some (probably bad) welding i have decided to upgrade and continue my learning curve. I currently have a fairly rubbish arc welder but now i want a mig welder, i have a budget of around £400 so can anyone recommend any makes/models? was thinking of the Clarke 151te or 151en, then thought if i can why not get bigger (better in the long run) is this a good idea or will either of these machines be capable of majority of things?

They are good machines but no one will be able to advise if they are suitable for you unless you provide some more info regarding your present and possible future use.
