What welding process are you using, a sealey or parweld would be ok for light mig or arc , but not for serious overhead as the molten metal can melt through, some auto helmets dont react very well to DC TIG at low amps.
i got a bottle of argon/co2 from adams gas next day delivery last week boc didnt even bother to ring back they were nice at adams just paid deposit for bottle then refill charge when i get it filled seems good so far.

hi there i got the number from here then rang them paid over phone for deposit and a fill of argon/co2 (argoshield light equiv) then next day it came by courier
spot on i got a 86 x 15cm bottle which looks like pub gas size to me they quoted 137bar fill and my new regulator said spot on
