I have a cebora plasma cutter, someone told me there could be water in the compressor that is melting the tips, there is no water in the compressor,
what can i do about this. is this the case and how do i solve it.
Check air pressure, losing pressure?
Rusty steel?
Getting Blowback?
Change electrode as well?
Work connection
All connections
Are they a new batch or copy tips?
Even if there is no water in the compressor reservoir (presumably you're ssaying you've drained it), there may be moisture in your air supply to the tool (atmospheric).
Are you running an air dryer? Is it just a rubber hose from compressor to plasma? Do you have a downstream water separator?
