Glass Harmonica

I have just bought an album with the Glass Harmonica listed as an instrument. A lovely sound. mournful. I went on google images expecting a harmonica made of glass.

Bonkers. The name is a bit misleading though.

This is why mouthorgan is a better name than harmonica for the instrument you associate with the name. The one in the album doesn't have "H" at the beginning.

Looks like "Ben" got there first with the naming. Since he died in 1790 and the Mouth Organ wasn't invented until 1820
