Makes a change from the one supplying my mums empty house, I put zero usage readings in for 3 months, but still got "based on your readings we estimate you will use xxx so should increase your DD"

Still not used gas for heating, and won't. Except Christmas Day when we have a full house. I've six mature sycamores that need chopping up, so I'll be warm and so will the house.

Reminds me of the time my mate's mum had the gas man visit after her husband had replumbed the meter to run backwards, she phoned him and he was somewhat stressed trying to expain to her that under no circumstances was she to let the meter man in. They did get off with it!
I am also using the log burner, am lucky I have had years of hardwood supply for free from friends.

Interesting that you're down by so much, but they're still offering advice on how you can decrease your bills. I'd have thought they should be congratulating you - even if through gritted teeth, if a laser printer can have gritted teeth. (Which of course they can, that's how they chew the paper up.)

Tell me about it, Mrs Robo must have a thing about TV's, she'll walk into the house, go into the lounge and turn the TV on then go into the kitchen
or I'll go upstairs and see the TV on in the bedroom when we've been up for hours.
