Genuine dinse Connectors

Fed up of cheap poxy dinse connectors.
I've been in touch with UK importer but it's a MOQ of five sets.

Does anyone know of a reseller?

This is what I'm after. DIX SKS 95 and DIX BKS 95.

Ideally I'd have two sets of the special type then a few of the normal type.

I found Midland Welding Supply were good at finding and supplying welding related stuff, some of the robots used a Dinse breakaway torch mount and I'm sure we got them from there. It was about 10 years ago now so not sure what they're like now, but it may be worth a call?.

Raleigh stores shut down about two years ago. Although they are still saying it will reopen.

I've had enough of Elmdale, bloody price they tried charging me for carbons the other day. @Tom Orrow L is sorting it out much cheaper.

Cheltenham Welding Supplies have good prices on Dinse but they don't list the 95-120 size

Genuine Binzel are pretty good but I think the original dinse connectors are the best. A new machine came with the special type ones and man are they heavy duty.

When my mate Darren was area rep (bearing in mind I used to work for esab so know the discount structure) I used to get stuff from them and they were still making 15-20% profit. I used to order £200-300 at a time and always picked up so no shipping or delivery to worry about. Then he left and it became, well you don't spend enough to get that kind of discount, Oh well we delivered this (when their stores moved to Hadleigh) so that's why it wasn't discounted so much. Etc.

I think the final nail was a few months ago they sent out swp gas hoses when I specifically asked for and was charged for esab hoses.

I think they forget you can go online now and just compare prices and because you've got a credit account you'll order from them for convenience.

Rapid make the biggest killing. They buy esab stuff in at 15-20% of list and make out you're having it off with a 20% discount
