Gas setting?

Hi all, just set up on my seally super mig 185. I had a clarke 100e before with the disposable cannisters that had a gas regulator with a dial on top, the super mig has a co2 regulator fitted what should the dails read? . When I pull the trigger I get a burst of gas and one of the dials jerks up is that normal or am i using too much gas?

You should set it to 10LPM.

hi there thanks for the reply, the right hand side dial (that goes from 0-7 ) is at 15 and when you pull the trigger it jolts back to 10 so I suppose thats right. The gauge on the left that goes from 0-400 is that the gas thats left in the bottle ? thats showing 50
