Gas Fluxer

I've volunteered to sell a Weldcraft Gasfluxer mod W for a retired engineer who isn't PC compatible . Does anyone have any idea how much it's worth and if anyone uses these anymore? He is not exactly rolling in money so I'd like to get a fair price for it. Many thanks .
