Gas Canister Fitting

Before I go buy the disposable canister gas which I can get locally I need to also buy the pipe line(no problems there ebay will suffice) its the fitting to the gas canister I'm unsure of,what fitting do I need for the canister? I don't need a fitting for the mig as its a push on pipe fitting(probably need a jubilee clip to keep it tight on the nipple though)

should I buy a regulator also?

Is this the one? says large cylinder dunno if that means the conventional gas disposable canister though?

The regulator screws straight on to the disposable gas canisters. It's mostly a waste of time though. link
