Gas bottles going spare for free - Southminster

I wanted to have a cylinder to modify for a BBQ or incinerator and asked a friend if he had any spare. He gave me 4 so I have 3 spare if someone would like to collect them from me I am in Southminster Essex. Send me a PM or reply here and I'll let you have them.

Are these "no deposit" bottles? and what type?

Thanks, wasn't sure where to post. These are 15kg no deposit I think. Can't quite work out what they are as someone has painted them white.
