Garage Heater Problems

Hi just wondering if anyone has much knowledge of garage heaters and how they work? I have one that is nearly brand new only around 10 hrs of use but now when I turn it on it runs fine for mabye 20mins until it heats up then it cuts out and continually trys to reignite without success. It's a thermo static controlled one but I have the thermostat up full. I've checked the air and fuel filters which are both ok. Fuel pressure is around 5psi which also seems to be right. I have cleaned the photocell and then disconnected it and put in a jumper wire to bypass it but still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas of what could be the cause or where to look?

Have you checked exhaust is not restricted

Check to make sure the tank vent is open and that none of the fuel pipes are damaged - split where they attach to the filter or fittings. Some of the pipes used can split on the inside edge allowing air in. If this one has a rigid plastic pipe pickup make sure that's not damaged as they can split as well

I'll check the tank vent, never thought on that at all. Checked all the pipes and all look ok and took out the filter but it is perfectly clean and isn't split. I suspect it may be an electrical fault but not sure where to start with that side of it.
