Galvanising holes in box section

I'm doing my first gate. It's now fully fabricated and ready for Galv. However galvanisers made me aware that I need to put minimum 8mm holes in box section. He tried to explain where, but I didnt understand.

It's a 40x40 box section frame - square.

Where do I need to drill the holes exactly and what are they for?

if its tube or box one hole each end of every tube the galve can enter and escape when removed .sealed tubes would expand and cause no end of bother and fill with galve when finaly gives
