Tank bought 2nd hand, made from stainless, to be modified (reduce length) to fit an ongoing Bentley Special build.
Reduce by 60mm, then close up. Cut using plasma, al/al profile annealed to allow forming round the difficult radius areas of tank to be cut, basically a cutting template.
Bit of a mare closing up, as tank pinged a little after removal of end. Once welded, hydraulic test to inspect weld integrity.
