Fuel pump indentification

This is new but i don't know what it is from, It is branded AC and you can see the numbers 1739 and 13F8
on the body of it, I think i have had it in a box for 20 years and it may have come from my uncle who owned a few diesel Land rovers if that helps...

Other than it's a mech pump, don't have anything else to offer sorry

Ill add , dont buy the cheap Chinese pattern parts , they either leak or pump poorly , or both.
If your refitting it , be careful where you put the leg in relation to the cam it runs on.
Opps sorry , thought you were looking for one , , they were on landrovers , and a lot of small commercial diesels , and a fair few tractors too.

There should/ maybe a longer number stamped on the flange, were it bolts to the block.

That will be the reference number you need.

Thats for the old 200 tdi landrovers, also fits the 2.5 turbo /non turbo diesels in the sherpas and early landrovers.

come to think of it , i think the landrover ones have ins and outs in a different position ,, grey fergy maybe

I am not fitting it to anything more just trying to work out what it was off and then i can decide what to do with it.
