Hi everyone !
I am a new member in the forum and would be very happy for a little help. I have a problem with my Fronius MW3000. The tig-electrode stuck on the sheet metal while welding, the machine stopped and showed the error code U-P. I found out that one of the big capacitors (4700 uF) had burnt. I therefore exchanged both capacitors. Now, the machine shows no error code. When I try to weld the HF starts but there is no welding current. Looking into the machine I noticed resistors (40.2K) that seems to run hot (but measuring the resistence they seem okay). I got help to locate faulty diodes (secondary power module, print BPS26), marked APTCC1184. What is the correct reading (voltage drop) when testing? And what is a suitable replacement for these diodes? If anyone can shed some light on these issues I would be very grateful.
Thanks!
