From the Garage of Danger to a unit?

Looking like I'll be moving in a few months, so I'm thinking about renting a small/part industrial unit, about 400 - 500 square feet, Aldershot/ Farnham / Fleet / Camberley area and not (I hope) too pricey - anyone have a clue about prices, where to look?

Bloody hope so, a pair of 20 foot containers with no weekend access or power was surprisingly expensive...

NEVER EVER SIGN A LEASE WITH A REPAIR CLAUSE IN IT!

We got caught - landlord told us it was just we would be responsible for minor repairs. It turns out we were liable for everything - even if a wall fell down! Got him this time though on the new lease

Thats got £200 week + rates + leccy written all over it.
