Found it.

I lost a fuel pipe with fittings on it, the fittings have 7/16"x19 threads.
I had a really good look for the fuel pipe and then looked for spare nuts, no luck.
That might well have been five years ago.

I just put some stainless in the lathe to make a couple of nuts.
I dug around in a draw of old fuel taps for a 7/16"x19 threaded tap to check the thread;
poking over the top of the draw was the pipe and fittings I have been looking for!
