Hi everyone.
I've just joined the forum, but have been lurking around for a few weeks. I have bought an American car to restore. It's in very good condition and drives beautifully. But the bottoms of the doors are shot, so I will need to build replacement skins, for the lower 12" or so. They are only curved in one plane so that simplifies things a little, and I am budgeted for a professional to do it, but would much rather attempt it myself.
Was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to form the skins?
All help greatly appreciated.
Thanks alot.
