Ford transit chassis paint

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know what type of paint use on there transit tipper chassis. It's a dark grey paint.I have some parts I need to repaint and wondering if I can key it and paint over it.its a nightmare to remove to.

This is the item in question. A ford iveco battery tray. Have used everything. Best rest was an aluminium oxide wheel in a grinder.

I am not sure. It's awful stuff to get off.if you hit it with a wheel it clumps up and smears it all over the place.

Yes I was thinking down the blow lamp route .

That looks like cataphoretic coating.

Looks and sounds like black powder coat to me....
