I am out of ordinary crimp bullets (or they are somewhere "safe") so was needing to purchase something anyway.
Did have Lucas bullets, if only i could remember where

I bought 10 of these recently as I was sick of trying to find nuts/ bolts/ washers/ connectors etc.

At least now I know vaguely where the are!.

The clip together, nice and sturdy.

They are and it can be done this way. Just depends how original you want things to be I guess

Yes a pair of nuts can be carefully used.
The problem, as in this instance, arises when using a single nut, it is very easy to "turn" the post thus rendering the sensor gubbed.
