Foot operated corner notcher - but need a punch and die/dies for less than 90 degree notches

So I have a foot operated corner notcher, it works great, the only thing is, I need to make notches that are a lot less than 90 degrees.
So where can I get these punches and dies? I need them to make these from sheet metal:
Obviously 90 degree notches are too much, I want to cut all these notches using a notcher of come sort, it's just so much easier than an angle grinder, and a guillotine just deforms the metal. Thanks.

2 sizes: 12 inch tall and 6 inch.

That would take me half an hour to draw up in both sizes and bang an email off to my laser cutters. Which is what I would do. Would cost way more buying tooling, assuming you could even get it, and you could have them in any thickness you wanted.

How much do laser cutting services cost? I know that's like asking how long's a piece of string, but can you give me an example of a job you had them do for you? Cheers.

There's a minimum charge of about £50, but in 1mm steel I would guess a couple of quid, and double it for 2mm. I'm ordering the bits for a couple of big stoves in 5mm in a day or so so if you want to send me the sketch with the angles etc and quantities I can send them a drawing and tell you exactly.

I had four table ends cut out of 6mm, about £70 I think.
