Food suitable rent free CO2 supplier?

My argon and argon mix are both rent free from swg (or whatever they're called) but they don't seem to do neat CO2.

I don't drink, so the "friendly landlord" option is probably out.

Any suggestions as to where I could get a rent free cylinder? Not massive, somthing 7kg ish. Maybe half that would do.

You can get them mail order but they want around £70 just for the delivery on a 6.35kg tank.

I'm in Devon, but I'm more asking what I should be trying to look up rather than specific places.

Time to start drinking would be my suggestion. It'd end up costing you a lot more, but..... beer. Need I say more.

Hobbyweld do rent free food grade in a 6kg.
That's the same size as a typical pub bottle so easy enough to move around.
I've not seen the hobbybrew bottles, my local hobbyweld supplier just orders the food grade in for me when I need it. (Probably the same thing under different marketing)

Most pub gas suppliers will be happy enough to supply one bottle to an individual. The deposit is normally lower than hobbyweld as well.
They also have big bottles which work out cheaper per kg if you don't need to move them around much.
There are bottles smaller than 6kg available but the gas in them works out about 80% more expensive.
