Fobco Star drill

Hi all, knowing how fond you all are of Old, Heavy british-made things, I picked up (with some help lol!) a Fobco star recently.

I must say I love it, from the smoothness of it running and lever action to the patina of the paint!

Can anyone point me to an online owners manual or give me any advice on maintainance? Someone said it should have oil in the top? I'd also like to understand all the controls.
