Using a 110 V with max 0.035 max wire that i can use. Anyone familiar with flux core wire that i can use with good fatigue strenght properties. Im looking into welding something on the frame. I would prefer to use 220 V but currently dont have that machine. Anyway, ive been looking thru the lincoln site and i only noticed flux core wires of higher guages that are with good fatigue properties something that can be used for frames that will under go cyclic loading( ie something that will be abused). I would be welding outside and that the main reason for the flux core.
