I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice? I'm trying to figure out a way of routing/protecting some hull mounted cables and am struggling to find anything suitable. I've attached a rough drawing demonstrating what I'm hoping to achieve. My first thoughts were the flexible silicone hoses used in the automotive world? They're plenty strong enough to resist the crushing from the clamps and also should be resistant to long exposure to saltwater (according to the manufacturer) but the reinforcement wire is galvanised steel and I'm worried it will turn to dust pretty quickly if either end becomes exposed..
Any thoughts on the general idea would be well recieved, as would suggestions regarding the hose. At the moment I can't see that I could use a fixed bend tube out of stainless or anything as I'm not sure of the bend radius of the cables nor where they enter the hull
Cheers
