Hi guys,
So I have a 2wd chassis dyno that I need to get installed, I bought some m12 adjustable levelling feet but I am wondering how I can secure a nut at the top (in particular without welding it) so that I can wind the adjusters up if necessary in situ without the nut that sits on top moving. Only way I can really think of is welding the nut to the chassis which is less than ideal although I will have to weld some plate to the chassis in order to attach ramps. Not sure if a couple of nuts locked against each other will end up working, have a feeling it wouldn't?
I guess I'll have to borrow a forklift, get it up high in the air and weld the nuts on the back but just wondering if there is a route I can go that will avoid that scenario
. Do have to drill a couple of holes for extra feet ideally also to help spread the load.
