gaz1 Member Messages 18,122 Location westyorkshire Sep 20, 2021 #2 vould you explain your settings and the material your welding upon looks to be 2mm thick which rows did you start top row looks like the first start where you have rushed and then slowed down too much hence the bulbus weld thick high weld 2nd row down you was spot on the last part is where you speeded up then slowed down the third one the same

L lesz42 New Member Messages 13 Location chirk Sep 20, 2021 #3 Voltage and wire speed at the 10 o'clock position, 0.8 wire , about 3 mm mild steel, flow was 12 ish LPM, top was first , getting more practice sheets, thank you for looking

gaz1 Member Messages 18,122 Location westyorkshire Sep 20, 2021 #4 the model of machine i dont have but you are close to what your welds need to look like try taking a look on the forums help pages on the next piece turn your piece try doing longer runs and try getting them consistant across the whole length welding onto box secion is a good practice turn it and reweld again until all sides are test pieces some of our users have this model of yours so maybe able to point you in a better direction than i can do
