Followed someone else's idea from this forum and tried it myself. The box section is 25mm x 25mm x 2mm and the plate is 3mm. It needs a second coat but wanted to show it off. My welding has improved with the addition of a big CO2 bottle and flow meter.

.....did you ever try the argoshield?or go straight to co2?...looking good either way ,have you tried the co2 on body panels yet? and did you you hit the thermal cut off on the welder during the build?......whats next?
