First crack with the 135TE

First crack making a light guard for my Land Rover, a quick fry and clean up. Look OK ? Sorry for crappy mobile-phone pictures - new camera for xmas !

(ps, in between the bracket mounts is where I joined the hoop. See if you can spot it )

From what I can see they don't look too bad at all, you can dress the welds a bit more to tidy them up, a quick coat of paint, job done .
Just out of interest, what grinding discs are you using? Flap discs are about the best, good stock removal and a nice smooth finish.

Just flap discs, nothing more. Still takes a chunk out if you're not careful
