Painful to watch but fascinating all the same...
I have to disagree it’s not the biggest or strongest production vice![]()
Fireball vice jaws are about 2" lower than the other 2, $/lb will only be relevant once the made in USA price is known, even then it could be cast and machined in Taiwan and still be "Made in USA" although I don't think he will do that.Seriously, how do you think one of your monster vices would fare under that punishment?
It would be fine as there’s so much material there and the grade of sg I used is certified 420 so same strength as steelAppreciate the infomercial element but man those were some punishing tests.
Seriously, how do you think one of your monster vices would fare under that punishment?
Without doubt the most foolish thing I’ve made because of the steel and energy crisis. The version of that video with a lambco vice in it would contain the phrase…
“I honestly don’t know how lambco make money from this vice…”
It’s also without a doubt the most proper thing I’ve ever seen too! And I’ve not even seen one in person…Without doubt the most foolish thing I’ve made because of the steel and energy crisis.
Nearly sent me under and definitely broke my resolve .
I love his YouTube channel; seems like a genuinely likeable chap, no ego or agenda - just seems happy to share his knowledge, experience and projects.
After making his welding tables with proprietary hole sizes...I think it's pretty clear what his agenda is.![]()
