Finger spanner

There's one tool I don't want!! Look completely useless! But shiny......

I'll be honest, I've had to put some nuts on and indeed take them off in some really rather tricky spaces and if it can't be done with fingers it can always be done by putting the nut into a spanner with something sticky (grease or mastinox) to stop it dropping out, or a socket using the same idea.

I honestly can't see that those things would be much use. But, that said it's only my opinion.

If its that hard to start and place the nut in a tough location a bit of double side tape on the end of your finger gets the 1st quarter turn going without the risk of dropping the nut, or blue tack on a socket or spanner.

i use the finer of a rubber glove in the spanner or socket usually because i have them on and its easy to rip one off works every time

Insulating tape across the back of a ring spanner holds a nut in place and will reach where your finger won't.

I can't think of a single time when one of those would have been useful. Seems like a solution looking for a problem.
