finders fee?

ok just finished up clearing a site after stripping an demolition,im left with a industry sized skip full of gas an oxygen bottles of all colers an sizes.
i already know of a firm that will accept them for free but seen as il have too hire a special skip truck an driver too collect this skip as its heading for the scrap yard it wood be nice too earn some money off them rather than just handing them in. so dose eney one know of a firm that offers a finders fee on cylinders?

If they are different colours they are probably different gases, be cautios of them unless you know what you have there exactly.
What companies are they from? They should be returned there.

from what i can see theres black,white an gray oxygen bottles an red,blue,orange,white gas bottles.
some are from lpg some from caler other from boc

Black will be Oxy, newer ones are greyor black with white necks....
Blues could be weld shielding gases like Argon/Coogar etc.
Red/Orange will be flamable gases, Be especially carefull with, if you have any maroon coloured cylinders there

it goes without saying i treat these cylinders with care as some seem rather old an rusty an who know how they will react too bean throw around.

That bit where it says"It's goodbye to you my old grey friend, soon your days are at an end" is part of his autosignature, that comes up at the end of all his posts.
It's not really meant as a warning to you.
He changes it from time to time. Look for some of his other posts, it says it on those ones too.
It's just quite a fitting line, in this case, so maybe came accross as a warning full of doom!

I would have thought the best course of action would be to get in touch with who the cylinders belong to, Calor, BOC etc etc and get them to come and pick them up or am I missing something

its a demolition job the guys after makin sum extra money £££££££££££££££££ but its not going to happen you have to pay to get rid of em as its buisness waste and should have been priced for in the contract

backpurge that had already crossed my mind but im not going too call an hang around for gas firms too come an may be take these cylinders away becuse im not being payed too that..the price was worked in too the contract an like i said be for iv got some one lined up who will take them for free too referb them..no extra money but it was worth a try=)
