Finally finished my metal drawer unit. Lined all the drawers with plywood from a scrap wooden filing cabinet that had seen better days. Blasted all the drawers and metalwork and sprayed with the pylon paint I ‘purloined’. It’s a primer but very hard and a bitch to spray.
I discovered a nice set of casters for it too.
Just need to find enough tools to fill it now. Back to the skip dipping it is then.
I found six lengths of grey wood effect vinyl laminate flooring in a skip, so I might do the top in that to prevent scratching.
