As you may have read I have been having problems getting my Butters 215 Synergic mig. (It's a rebadged Italian Fimer) to work properly in the synergic mode Eventually I was directed to a repairer that knows all about them, and all other makes as well, He diagnosed the problem over the phone and even supplied me with a new up-dated control board. It turns out this small control board lives behind the front panel adjustment knobs,five minute job to replace and connect to the main board with one of those multi strand ribbon plugs,Anyway,machine working great now and i couldn't not be happier
Must express my gratitude to Carl Horton of Horton welding supplies for diagnosing the fault,supplying the new part and talking me through what i needed to do to fit it and reset all the parameters,
