Hope someone can help here. I'm attaching the steering head tubes to my tadpole main booms. I've made the fish mouth cuts on the booms so now have the correct steering angles. Trouble i now have is because i have angled the round tubes and my booms are square, i now have a diamond shaped gap at the bottom.
I know you can plug weld to fill holes, but i cant place anything behind the hole to weld against. Will i have to try and weld a tiny plate over the hole?
Largest gap is probably 5mm. Can i just try and build weld up around the hole?
Cheers Guys.
