Ive got a bunch of these that i want to re-finish -
I picked the very worst one today, and beat it as well as i could. In truth it looks better in the photo below than it is in reality. Theres a bunch of small dents all over it, and some of the corners were especially hard, as the job was so mis-shapen, it was hard to know what remained proud.
Ive got some of this -
Not because its the best filler, but because i was considering powder coat (but have change my mind). Anyway, thats the filler i currently have...
So where im at currently is as per the second photo, but with a coat of lechsys epoxy primer over the whole job.
Im not experienced with filler use though. I mean, make it slightly proud some way or other, and sand back, but i think theres probably more skill involved than just that?
Ive got a mirka air ROS. Can anyone at least tell me what sort of grit i should use to take it back with?
And then a few more coats of epoxy and then top coat, right?
Again, i know close to zero about filler use!
Thank you!
