If you're just starting out just get plain old ER70-S2 mild steel filler rods. Then you can venture into stainless once you've got the technique and If you're machine has AC get plain old 4043 silicon based aluminium filler.
Buy a decent brand though, not cheap super6 or BOC stuff. Something like SIF, Bohler, ESAB are all good quality filler wire brands.
