Very recently, past couple of journeys, MrsGs Fiesta (2016 Mk7?) has developed a squeak (squeal?) from what sounds like the front OS wheel area.
Only when going slowly (sub 30mph), only when turning slightly and pretty much only in one direction (can't for the life of me commit to which one now
)
I replaced discs and pads about 9 months ago. Could pads be the source of such a thing. In my experience brakes only squeal/squeak when used if they are going to make a noise.
Going to try and have a look tomorrow if the weather holds, anything I should be looking for, checking? I was thinking potential wheel bearing, but that would rumble wouldn't it? If it is that then a garage can have it, looks like far too much of a job.
