Ferm MIG 100A unit - opinions?

Hi folks
Any opinion on the Ferm brand of MIG machines?

I'm looking at a unit on eBay which is has a fault. I think I can fix it but wonder whether this is a decent machine compared to, say, the Cebora 130A turbo compact welder (which I converted to Eurotorch and now works a joy).

I plan to do nothing but thin car body panels (eg another old Jaguar/Daimler) hence won't worry about load factor ratings. I am keen however that this Fermm unit can go down to low currents.

Think you will find it's minimum setting is 35amps which isn't the lowest on the market. They are manufactured by Telwin in Italy so it's basically a re-badged Sealey machine.

I have yet to see anything with ferm written on that is good quality. None of it will last long.
