Ferm bandsaw blade question

I've got a Ferm FLZ275 bandsaw that I want a metal cutting blade for.


What is the best blade type ie tpi for cutting 20mm ERW tube and say 3mm flat plate? I can only do d quiet course one's like 14 tpi are these ok? I've seen Screwfix do Starret one's so I might take a trip down there later.
Lots of dumb questions this weekend as I've been given a day pass to do what I want so the cafe racer project lurches into life again!

I think the blade speed of the Ferm bandsaw may be too high for cutting steel. Metal cutting bandsaws have blade speeds of around 20-50 metres/min. Wood cutting bandsaws run much faster ( circa 500 metres/min) and if you run a metal cutting blade at that speed it will not last more than a few minutes.

Ok I've just put a new metal cutting blade in it and it cuts but I might as well do it by hand as its very slow.
Any wood workers out there that want a nice Ferm bandsaw?.......
