dont get it much on here for items bought and sold so ile kick off my own...I bought an item off Alan (Brightspark) and not only did he send it before payment but it came as promised on time and a great tool it is too ...Its now in my workshop getting loved so a big thankyou to Alan and moneys on its way mate.. regards Brian

It's not just where buying/selling are concerned either. There are some great sorts on here. Brewdexta recently got me out of a spot with that Parkinson 8A by collecting it from the seller for me, Optima21 gave me his old Bison vice, (currently in the process of restoring that Optima. I'll post photo's when it's done. Hope you don't mind that it'll be suffering my usual Burgundy colour? ), and zzr1200 and T0rnado69 helped get those two vices up here for me. I'd like to say a big thanks to all of those chaps too.

I'll give Brewdexta 11 stars out of 10 for my lathe, he made up a mounting plate for the inverter, moved the mill, got the lathe in position showed me how to use it.

Ive dealt with Brewdexta (Andy) and he is a goodun.I will say he went the extra mile for you matey in a big way and i take my hat off to him

I too have had lots of help on the forums, Shox did some ali welding for me, Parm has donated a small press and buying or selling I've never had a problem and I have bought/sold/donated with MattF, Roofman, Big egg, Dr Nik, Scott0031, Puffernutter, Kayos amongst others and all have been great.

That's even before you take into account the advice and the craic
